Individual holistic therapy

Family therapy  

 Family therapy can provide the tools and support you need to heal and grow together.

In family therapy, I work with all members of your family to create a space where each voice is heard and valued. We’ll explore patterns that may be contributing to tension and identify new ways to approach challenges as a team. My goal is to help your family build stronger connections, improve communication, and foster an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

Common issues addressed in family therapy include:

  • Communication difficulties
  • Conflicts between parents and teens
  • Adjusting to life transitions, such as divorce or blended families
  • Coping with a family member’s mental health struggles and learning coping skills to work through those difficulties.
