PTSD/Trauma related issues:
Trauma related issues can arise not only from physical trauma but also from long-term emotional and psychological abuse.
Trauma can leave lasting scars, impacting your mental and emotional health. I am trained in trauma-informed care, utilizing therapeutic approaches such as somatic therapy breathwork and DBT that prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment. We work together to process traumatic experiences, reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and promote healing and recovery.
My goal is to help you release the trauma stored in your body, reclaim your sense of empowerment, sense of self and rebuild your self-esteem.
Disordered eating/body image:
I offer compassionate therapy for those struggling with eating disorders and body image concerns, integrating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Radically Open Therapy (RO-DBT) and Somatic Therapy to address the emotional, cognitive, and physical aspects of recovery.
DBT helps clients manage intense emotions, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and improve self-acceptance. Through mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation skills, we work on reducing harmful behaviors and building a positive relationship with food and body image.
Somatic Therapy brings attention to the body’s experiences, helping clients reconnect with their physical sensations in a healthy way. This approach fosters body awareness, reduces stress, and supports healing from trauma often linked to eating disorders.
Together, these modalities offer a holistic approach to healing, guiding clients toward a balanced and empowered relationship with themselves and their bodies.
Learning to accept ourselves as we are!
ADHD is multifaceted, it can impact relationships, impulsivity, organization, and emotional regulation, but it also comes with creativity, energy, and potential. Together, we work to understand how ADHD shows up in daily life and develop practical strategies for managing symptoms, whether through time management techniques, improving focus, or navigating emotional overwhelm. My goal is to empower clients by building self-awareness, reducing feelings of frustration or shame, and promoting self-compassion. Therapy is a collaborative space where we explore tools and coping skills that fit each person's needs, helping them gain control over their lives and unlock their full potential. With the right support, ADHD can be transformed from a challenge into a source of strength and resilience.
Depression can feel like an overwhelming weight, affecting every aspect of your life. I provide a supportive and empathetic space to explore your feelings and uncover underlying issues contributing to your depression. Together, we work on developing practical tools and strategies to manage symptoms, improve your mood, and enhance your overall well-being.
Anxiety Living with anxiety can be debilitating and exhausting. I specialize in helping you understand and manage your anxiety through a variety of techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy DBT, mindfulness practices, and breath-work. My goal is to help you regain yourself.

Narcissistic abuse doesn’t just harm the mind—it fragments the spirit. The subtle erosion of self-trust, the constant reshaping of reality through gaslighting, and the endless pull toward meeting someone else’s needs can leave you feeling unmoored from your own essence. Many survivors describe it as a loss of self, a silencing of intuition, or a deep disconnection from inner truth.
In our work together, we create space for you to return to yourself. This is not about rushing into “moving on,” but about gently piecing back together the parts of you that were dismissed, shamed, or controlled. We attend not only to the psychological scars, but also to the energetic imprints left in the body—unspoken tension, hypervigilance, and the heaviness of carrying what was never yours to hold.
Through somatic practices, breathwork, and compassionate exploration, you’ll begin to restore balance to your nervous system, clear the residues of manipulation, and reclaim your authentic voice. Healing is both practical and profound: learning to set boundaries, yes, but also remembering the innate wisdom and wholeness that were always within you.
This journey is about liberation—coming home to yourself with clarity, dignity, and an unshakable sense of worth.
Striving for excellence can be a strength—until it becomes exhausting. Perfectionism and high achievement often come with relentless self-criticism, anxiety, and a fear of falling short. You may set impossibly high standards, feel like your worth is tied to productivity, or struggle to slow down without guilt.
I help high achievers break free from the cycle of over performance and self-doubt, cultivating a healthier relationship with success. Through a blend of somatic therapy, breathwork, DBT, and CBT, we’ll work together to quiet the inner critic, ease anxiety, and create space for self-compassion—so you can thrive, not just strive.
