Even the most capable people can reach a point where something no longer works.
You may be navigating life with outward success—yet privately struggling with the weight of trauma, a persistent undercurrent of anxiety, or a strained relationship with food and your body. You might be recovering from the psychological impact of a toxic or narcissistic relationship. Or perhaps you’ve spent years holding it all together, only to realize you’ve lost connection with yourself in the process.
In our work together, we won’t rush to fix or reframe. We’ll slow down and make space for real understanding—of what shaped you, what still lingers, and what your nervous system has been carrying. My approach is integrative and grounded: blending somatic therapy, breathwork, and evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT. You’ll not only gain insight, but learn concrete tools to support regulation, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
