Even the most capable individuals can find themselves at a point where traditional coping mechanisms no longer suffice. You might be experiencing outward success in life while privately grappling with anxiety, the lingering effects of trauma, or a complicated relationship with food and your body image. Whether you are navigating the challenges of narcissistic abuse recovery or coping with the psychological aftermath of a toxic relationship, it’s common to feel disconnected from yourself after years of holding it all together.
In our work together, we won’t rush to fix or reframe your experiences. Instead, we will take the time to engage in trauma therapy that fosters real understanding—exploring what has shaped your journey, what still lingers, and the burdens your nervous system has been carrying. My approach is integrative and grounded, combining somatic therapy, breath work, and evidence-based techniques like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness exercises. You will not only gain valuable insights but also learn concrete tools to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
This is a space dedicated to thoughtful, in-depth work. If you are ready to move beyond mere coping strategies and towards a life that feels more congruent, steady, and authentically yours, I’m here to provide LGBTQ support and guidance.
You have already taken a brave first step by seeking support!
